Data backup

With a VIP and premium package, you get free support included in the solution. In the standard package, everything we can do via a remote connection to your computer is included in the agreement. In the premium package, all support is included in the agreement. What both have in common is that the support applies to the existing solution. New purchases and replacement of equipment are invoiced separately.

All consulting hours performed by ITGuy can be paid for with credit card. The clip card can be purchased as 10 or 20 hours. The advantage of the clip card is that you get a discount on the hourly rate and it is easier to budget the expense, compared to buying ongoing hours. The clip card is invoiced immediately. Every month you will receive an overview of the clips used and the remaining clips.
